I have 40+ years experience in playing the piano accordion having entered in many competitions in my early years, being awarded a gold medal in my class when I was only 9 years old.

I grew up in Germany actively playing in accordion orchestras for 13 years, of which I spent 6 years participating regularly in international level competitions.  I was also part of the Marlborough Accordion Orchestra here in the UK for a couple of years, where we undertook a recording in a studio conducted by David Watson.

I am passionate about playing the accordion and love to help inspire this love in others.

My mother was an accordion teacher and I started teaching a few years ago, after having brought up two children, one of whom is also playing the accordion.
